These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website, including the portfolio, blog, and online shop. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The shop at sandrastaub.com offers the following types of products:

Art prints, fine art prints, and limited edition original artwork

3.3 Design Services

Freelance graphic design and illustration services are available. Pricing, scope, and deliverables are outlined on the Services & Pricing page and agreed upon individually with each client.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment is processed securely through Squarespace's integrated payment system. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Sandra Staub does not store your payment details.

5. Orders & Shipping

5.1 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.

5.2 Shipping

Physical products are shipped from Switzerland. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. Sandra Staub is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors outside her control.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in their country.

5.3 Digital Products

Digital products (planners, wallpaper packs, tattoo licenses) are delivered by email or via a download link immediately after purchase. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your download within 30 minutes. For assistance, contact sandra@sandrastaub.com.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please read this section carefully before making a purchase.

6.1 Physical Products — Return Policy

Sandra Staub accepts returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided:

The item is unused and in its original, undamaged condition
The item is in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is provided

Non-returnable physical items:

Items that have been used, washed, or worn
Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
Personalised or custom-made items
Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

6.2 How to Initiate a Return

To return a physical item, please follow these steps:

Contact Sandra within 14 days of receiving your order at sandra@sandrastaub.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for return approval and shipping instructions. Do not send items back without prior approval.
Ship the item back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–10 business days.

6.3 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on Sandra's part.

6.4 Exchanges

Exchanges are offered where possible (subject to stock availability). Please contact sandra@sandrastaub.com to discuss your options.

6.5 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrectly sent item, please contact sandra@sandrastaub.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. Sandra will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

6.6 Digital Products — No Returns

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products (digital planners, wallpaper packs, tattoo licenses, free downloads) are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed.

If you experience a technical issue with a digital product (e.g. a corrupted file), please contact sandra@sandrastaub.com and Sandra will do her best to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All artwork, illustrations, designs, photography, text, and other content on sandrastaub.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Sandra Staub and are protected by copyright law (Swiss and international).

7.1 Personal Use

Purchases of physical products (prints, apparel, stickers, etc.) are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the artwork without explicit written permission.

7.2 Tattoo License

The Tattoo License product grants a single-use, non-exclusive license to one tattoo artist to tattoo a specific design once on one client. The license does not transfer copyright to the buyer. Reproducing or re-selling the design is strictly prohibited.

7.3 Digital Downloads

Digital products are licensed for personal use only. Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of any digital file is not permitted.

7.4 Portfolio & Website Content

All work displayed in the portfolio section of this website is the property of Sandra Staub or her respective clients. Reproducing or using this content without permission is prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Sandra Staub is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected through this website (such as name and email address for orders or contact forms) is used solely to fulfil orders and respond to enquiries.

This website is built on Squarespace, which has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. Sandra Staub does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
